Return Policy

Clearflow Filtration Systems (CFS) stands behind everything we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event one of our products does not meet your specifications, or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it for a replacement or refund within six months of purchase date. Refer to the warranty section for warranty details.

RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION:

Complete the return form and CFS will send you a return goods authorization (RGA) number and packing/shipping instructions. NOTE: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN APPROVED RGA NUMBER, AND PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO CFS WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER WITH POSTAGE DUE.

If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.

Returned merchandise that does not meet the conditions per the terms in our warranty will be declined and sent back.

For accepted returns, credits will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the item and CFS will send you a confirming email with the credit notification.

You may contact us at any time to check the status of your return.

For returns, follow these four steps:

  1. 1. Contact CFS and obtain an RGA number. Note, returns will not be accepted if they do not have RGA number and this number is marked on the outside of the package.
  2. 2. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available. Remember to write the RGA number on the outside of the package.
  3. 3. Include proof of purchase and your name, address, email, and phone number along with a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
